Using breathigen.com means accepting these terms. If you would rather not, closing the tab is a perfectly reasonable response and no hard feelings.

1. What this site is

An independent publisher writing about BreathiZen, a herbal respiratory spray. We are not the manufacturer, not the seller, not a distributor and not anyone’s agent. Nothing here is written, reviewed or approved by the brand.

2. Nothing is sold here

This domain carries no shop and no checkout. Every buy button points at the seller’s own website, and a purchase there happens under their terms. Nothing is charged, stocked, posted or reimbursed by us. Any contract formed is yours with them, and this site stands outside it.

3. Accuracy and its limits

We take care with figures. Label numbers are read off the bottle and prices off the seller’s published pages, and we re-check both when the site is updated. Sellers nonetheless change prices, reformulate, relabel and rewrite terms without telling anyone, so this page can be out of date the day after we last touched it.

Treat all of it as general information, supplied as it stands and without warranty. Any disagreement between this site and the seller’s own page resolves in their favour. Check the checkout before paying.

4. No medical advice is given

No sentence on this site constitutes medical advice, and none of it diagnoses anything. BreathiZen is a dietary supplement, not a medicine: it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and those statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Talk to a qualified professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication, or being treated for any condition including a respiratory one. Do not delay or set aside medical advice because of something you read here.

5. Affiliate links

Links to the seller are affiliate links and a qualifying purchase may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. This is set out in full in the affiliate disclosure, and the whole site should be read in that light.

6. Our content

The writing, layout, diagrams and code on breathigen.com belong to us. Lift a short passage with a link back and we are pleased. What is not allowed is copying pages whole, running them through a rewriter, or feeding the site to a scraper to spin up a competitor. Product names, packaging and photography belong to their owner and appear here to identify what is being discussed.

7. Liability

So far as the law permits, no liability is accepted for loss flowing from your use of this site, from a purchase you made having read it, or from material on a site we linked out to. External sites are not ours to control and a link is not a blanket endorsement. None of this touches liability for fraud, or anything else the law will not let us limit.

8. Age

This site is intended for adults over 18, and so is the product it describes.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the date at the top is the version in force. Questions about them go to [email protected]. Questions about an order go to the seller, because we genuinely cannot help with those.
